I'm awake at 5am again from the body aches and headache.
Ended up cutting those big pieces of plasters.
2 plasters for my shoulders, 2 plasters for my waist, 1 tablet for headache, 1 tablet for running nose. I'm grabbing crystal stone that Bird handed me earlier (Stated for exhaustion and aches in bones), rubbing it in my hands, placing it beside my bed, blowing my nose, lying down and sitting up, turning my pillow round and round.
I'm feeling so so weak! Seriously need a reconditioning of my body.
The thing is mentally, I just thought I'm tired but keep telling myself that I'm not exhausted yet and I should do more before I'm really depleted! Which is what I told Brother Bear. I want to get things done before xmas really ends and everyone and everything seems to lose its momentum and come to a standstill that can only pick up in months. So I went back office, passes work down and keeping track of deadlines for things to come.
I just didn't know how to really relax and take things at a lighter note sometimes. Everything is important to bee. And here I'm suddenly realizing that my health my body is the most important of the list!
That's so much to do that it will never get done. I need to learn how to take a break.
here's a list of things to do for reconditioning my body:
1. Drink more water!
2. Get a new pillow that enhance sleeping posture! As I begin to suspect it's my pillow that is contributing to all those shoulder and neck tension because of its angle and thickness.
3. Take breaks in between
(do some doodling in my notebook with sweet lovely stuffs, write a few words, browsing some beautiful pictures that make me smile...or simply do nothing)
4. Go on holiday
(Set a location for exploration and just go and do nothing)
5. Go for walks/ cycling
6. Snooze at home watching French films of quirkiness and love
7. Wear more dress
(I tend to be more relaxed and do less in a dress)
