Especially when Bird added a mushroom to my drawing.

Fast Bird Slow Bee - Spot the Difference!

Spot the Difference!

Happy day:)

Finally went for a walk at Henderson Wave and up Mt Faber! I love taking walk in the nature.. it's simply the kind of activity that takes my mind off and charge me up. Of course with great accompany from Bird! Makes the walk even more interesting!
Here are some reasons why:
1. We take pictures almost every moment on our way up
2. Get to lay on the grass, looking up the sky!
3. Walk into some "portal"surrounded by greenery
4. Stand side by side, watching the leaves rustle in the breeze.
5. Sweat out all the weariness from work..feeling fresh.
6. Took alternative route up and down and up! Thanks to Bird's randomness, breaks my habit of knowing and following the way I have in mind. It's much more exciting in a way.
7. Appreciating each other's accompany along the way. ( These tiny joy makes one great happiness)
8. Posing and camera time! at the henderson waves! Fun!!
9. Stroll down the hill hand in hand.
10. Dinner with beers and sausages!
11. And a gift from Bird! A necklace with a wooden rocking horse! wooo!! it's probably one of those girly things that I would always look at but just can't bear to get for myself!
Thank you Bird!!!
oh and
12. It's a luxury to have some little time to post something here!!! Have been so busy that this time of filling in the journal here feels great!!!

Mr & Missy happy

Wanted to post this some long time ago.. because it makes me smile and I think it's brilliant to have it greeting people. It never fail to put a smile on my face looking at these little Mr and Miss happy. An artwork with soul!? Perhaps. Each time I see one of these, it just reminds me of the yellow sunshine and big wide smile! Have been feeling sick with loads of work piling and my work computer just turned blue...not a fantastic way to start a day but this little yellow Mr Happy picture which I found on my desktop while salvaging my files for backup just kind of remind me of that phrase "Don't worry, Be happy!" It's interesting how a drawing could change your mood.
And I'm glad to have chosen a angel of gratitude and grace card from the angel card deck Bird got for me.
It ease some kind of tension boiling up and I was listening to Soulbird mix I compiled, feeling gratitude for the joy I have experienced for the past months. Remembering is important so perhaps we won't take things for granted and forget the days where the sun shines upon us. And the grace card has this on it " To be in a state of grace is to put into practice the certainty that if we knock the door will be opened and if we ask it will be given unto us." Thought this is what I need. Grace and faith I supposed.

Tomato pasta for Bird & Bee

Pasta with tomato sauce.
Spend time meddling in the kitchen today. hehe it feels good to just stay home and have alittle indulgence. Tried something the first time today! I cooked raw minced meat! Yes it may sounds no big deal, especially if it would my mum, she would probably laughing at my performance with the popping mince meats like pop corns! I was taken aback and panic for a moment, thinking how am I going to catch those popping mince meat. It's hilarious to look back now. Not the exact colour I was imagining, but taste edible and that's the key from someone who can't really cook. Cooking my own meals makes me appreciate my mum's cooking even more. It's really hard work and takes alot of passion I supposed. I'm glad Bird eat my cooking heartily and giving me encouragement that's nice! hehe

Learning about love

I'm not a master of love, but here's some experiences to share and as a reminders for myself:
1. Remembering good moments keeps things going.
2. Say thank you for even the tiniest thing like someone open the door for you.
3. Be open about sharing thoughts, there is no right or wrong, only perspectives.
4. There is no give and take; it's about giving with an open heart with no expectation.
5. Doing things together, sharing dreams keeps moments fresh.
6. Be generous in saying "I love you" no matter how long is the relationship.
7. Be thankful
8. We have our strengths and flaws. Acceptance is the key. Understanding may bring forth a new perspective that even you would not have imagined.
9. When you are in love, you realise many things doesn't matter as much as you think.
10. Hugs and kisses

Live like a bubble

I love BUBBLES!!!! It brings a different perspective and show you what you may be missing out all in its transparent globe. It absorbs your surrounding and reflects right under the lights..The moment it leaves to drift in the air is the moment it finally lives and dance with grace. It drifts in the air, boundlessly as the wind blows..it has no worries of dying. it has no yearning to touch the ground or be anywhere. It just lives its moment with all its beauty. No matter how short it is, it lives with grace and burst in a sparkle like it never exists, returning to join the wind, the air we breathe.
As human, we tends to worry too much, think too far ahead. Inspire by this little observation and coincide with the little bubble, I'm learning to live each and every moment with grace and to take each moment as it is.
Here, I'm thankful to Bird for always being so understanding and thoughtful to be around me, to remind me to live each and every moment like each and every breathe I take:)

On being whole

Soul Happy

Sometimes happiness can be soul simple :o)

Soul Happy

as simple as being in the wind...

Soul Happy :o)

going within to find the flow of stillness for a moment...

Be in Alignment

& expanding our awareness outwards to tune into the rhythm of nature...

Soul Happy :o)

to find that music in our hearts
that beats to the silent tune
of the Universe...

& to simply dance
with the trees
in the wind...

Power of love

joy Joy JOY!

I love the beach. The sand looks golden, the grass looks greener:)
Joy is when you feel connected with someone naturally

So finally, I'm up on a tree! I have a secret dream to be a forest child, swinging from branches, sleeping on trees, embraced by flower glowing in the sun, drinking from the nature's source. But I have never climb any tree till now. It wasn't planned. I wasn't thinking too much. All I did was to tell Bird that maybe next time we should go to trees and learn how they curve their body and poses for photos! Thought that was a great way to create a new category of photos! Amazingly, as I was telling Bird about my imagery...he smile and told me he was just thinking that the tree looks like they are dancing. So up I went to the tree, climbing it barefooted. I love how my feet touches the tree bark and how I climbed each step without thinking too much but just one foot here, one foot there and there I'm! It's fun!
looking like a panther somehow haha... I love how Bird capture the very soul of me.
Listening to the breathe of TREE

"How do you judge how much you have done..."
by the amount of joy and happiness and glow on my face...
radiating with love.
It's been a great time! And I have done pretty much.
oh and I love how Bird leap up the other side of the tree just to give me a kiss! Yea like kids, but it's one of those moments that melts me and make me feel so joyful and grateful.

Mister God, This is Anna

Finished reading this book today... Took me 5 months... Let's just say that good books, like good food, are meant to be savored ;-)

Bee gave this little book to me & it set in motion a host of synchronicity that finally brought us together... After working together for almost 3 years... Hee hee...

This book is one of the many magical tokens at the core of our love story...

To love a person is to learn the song in their heart

I thought this is so true and beautiful. I'm grateful to have Bird listen to me when I'm feeling not so great at times. Could we be complete without another person? Guess we can, but just maybe what we need is not just being complete but to have someone constantly there to sing us our song when we forgotten our identity, our life in the midst of work and other concerns.
Just like reflections, sometimes it takes another part of us to remind us how we look like when we are angry, frustrated, upset, loved and so on...
Like echoes, sometimes it takes another voice to remind us what we already know but couldn't recognize.
And like love, it is one great thing that opens the heart to give and receive:)
I love you, Bird
