Taking a peek in here. I'm actually writing current jobscope and proposed job scope with research on job definition in job hunter sites. Found it quite amusing so decided to just note it down here.
Feel like I am at an ala cart buffet picking the right dish with utmost values
(i.e. too much on the table, I need to pick and choose before becoming overly fed with different genre of works)
Redefine it with sauce and spice to make it more savory based on my tastes
(in this cases; my strengths and motivational factors)
Strip off the unnecessary grease and cream off the menu
(my not so preferred scope of work or work that may not be healthy for me)
Present and sprinkle garnish of what bro bear "love at first sight"
(my job redefining proposal to bro bear with what makes him tick )
Did a little "wine tasting" survey with my team members to better understand what makes them high
(understanding the little gestures and motivational factors that people need is essential to spark the joyous mood of any day at work and of course keep the drive going)
Redefining a specialized menu for each of my team member so that they won't always get choked on bones and overly fed with unbalance diet that drives them lethargic and bored.
(customize their job scope with each individual's strength and align it to drive their personal development and growth steadily)
