Relationship

One thing at a time

Yantra for today: One thing at a time:)

Love this picture

Love this picture!!! So Soft and delicate. So human. So authentic:)

Awake to consciousness

The sun is following us:D
Ray of lights captured by Bird
The sun is in the middle:)
The sun glowing in my heart:)

Woke up earlier than usual and the sun is good! Great! Beautiful! I woke up this morning and choose to feel good and have a great day:) It's a learning curve to make a conscious decision to feel good and enjoy a good day. Something that I explore and learnt:
1. Every night before I sleep, wrap up the night knowing that I had a good day and whatever needs to be done, I have already done. No matter how's the result, I have done my part. I will improve everyday. Things will get better as long as I believe. Have a short good read. Keep a journal and write down my appreciation and gratitude towards little things in life. Have a good sleep.
2. Every morning, wake up before the sun is fully risen. Enjoy the birds' singing to the sun. Feel the goodness of a newborn life for a fresh day. Feel the sun's energy. Smile. Feel blessed. Feel appreciative, thankful and loved.  Let someone know I love and care. Be it a silent seed in mind, or sending a message to lovely people around.
And here..
thank Bird for being understanding and sharing the sun.
wish all well and lovely to a friend who just given birth to a little princess.
hope all lovely people around me find the source to sun's energy too.

Owl and Bee

 Owl met Bee
 And the story begins.....
Bird draw an owl on the Bear! It's really cute!

Sunrise and love

This is the most beautiful sunrise I ever seen so far! Standing on mountain top in the cold and wilderness, awaiting for the dawn to break and sky to change its color as the sun unveil behind the clouds. It's really an amazing moment! It's really a blessing to be able to catch this beautiful moment:)
The sun rises! embrace the earth with its warmth..
We are really thankful to witness this and feel the sun shines on our skin too:)
So here's bird and bee perching on the mountain top, with the sun shining upon us
Thank you:)

Gifts from lovely people

Bday handmade gift from dear Gozi! I love handmade gift!
There are always fascinating and never fail to touch my heart!

And here's Gift wrapper my dear hermie boy doodle himself! It's so thoughtful of him.
Hermie stands for "Happy Pill" - that's what I always say! hehe
I'm glad I have lovely people around me, loving me so sweetly!
Thank you:)

Moments collage

So.. I finally done up and rearrange my memo board with photos, moments:) And perhaps its the first time in so many years that I added photos of myself in it. It's a big step for bee. It's interesting how sometimes you just yearn to do something but never got to do it till someone nudge you in a loving way. Looking at it now, a statement come to my mind
"So I can have a memoboard of photo collage as well." - I always admire people putting up photos together. It's a daring act to me, to remember moments, let alone to clip it out when others could see.
I'm loving it.
Let it be the beginning:)
Thank you, Bird.

Birds and Bee

Birds sliding down rainbow
Flying through clouds
Sun smiling with its light
Flowers dancing with the wind

Bird imagining birds sliding down rainbow on fluffy clouds, so I draw:) Only in this case, the owl is freaking out with eyes turning white as it slides down the rainbow being chased by a bee:p

Jumping and swinging in the sun

Jumping and swinging away again, which gave me a swollen foot by the time I reach home. What an eventful and silly moment! I'm loving it. Thank you Bird for such beautiful pictures!

Tea house attic

Enjoy a day sipping tea and reading in a tea house attic with Bird.
So we both found someone who read:)
And with many thanks to Bird who got me heart shaped
handmade tea cookies to brighten my mood up in a sleepy afternoon.

Love is the nature of Divine

Love is the nature of the divine.
The purpose of human life is to uncover that divine love.
The fulfillment that we are all seeking is found in the sharing of this love.
When love is pure, it has the power to conquer.
Lover and beloved conquer each other by their affection.

I can so relate to these. "Lover and beloved conquer each other by their affection."- thought this is so beautiful. I wish more people could see this and conquer each other not through fights but affection.
And I'm so glad this is what me and bird is practicing too. We embrace differences between us, instead of finding flaws, we find beautiful insights through moments like these. We love and give.

Believe

When you come to the edge of all that you know, you must believe one of two things:
there will be earth to stand on, or you will be given wings to fly.

Birds are angels

Birds are angels.
Gliding through wind and rainbow,
spreading its wings that bring upon the light given by the sun.
So gently, it perches on our life line,
watching over us,
lifting us,
taking us on a flight
of love and light:)

Let be

Lights in random

Like a Papillon

Photo taken lovingly by Lovely Bird:)

Le Papillon is one of my favorite movie. I watched it years ago and am in love with the soundtracks. Have not listen to it for a long time. I didn't know why I'm suddenly drawn to it. It's beautiful. Reminds me of some memories in an episode of my life. An episode of life that I mark a closure and let go. It is really amazing how people's path crossed. No matter how long it lasts or what's the story, we're made to meet each other, shared moments and love. And yet sometimes, as if destiny being drawn, it could be just a thin line that decides your path together. Maybe life is like a fleeting butterfly, it's about living the moments.
And to all lovely people whom I have met and been with, I love you all. And perhaps like a papillon, I raise my wings and fly..but no matter where I'm, there will always be a part of my soul dancing, loving fellow all in my life.

In the woods

Love in Black and white.

It's been an eventful few days of vacation with Bird of emotions roller coaster, exploration, communication, exchanges of differences, understanding, relating, loving, wandering into concrete jungle and fairyland. Finally now settling down reading some favorite blogs, filling up blogs, reading past entries here, doing reflections before rounding the day up. And I came across this beautiful images from Simple Lovely. This image from Vivian Maier is totally adoring. So simple and loving of a moment.
So here's the statement for tonight:
" Remember love and everything will be alright."

Reflections: Have faith

A few words came to my mind at the moment:
1. Have faith.
2. It's easy to name flaws of others and myself because it's something
that against our tolerance or liking, it breaks a pattern, recognize
our feelings and thoughts behind this emotion, seeing beyond the action of
a person, sink deep beneath..to feel the core of the person,
love the person, let them know you love them.

3. We can be kinder to others and ourselves when
we witness the beauty in each and everyone.
4. Everyone has our habitual living, thinking pattern,
likes and dislikes. Do not fear. Embrace all.
Understand. Feel. There is similarity in all.
5. Do not expect people to understand your
expectations because everyone is at
different state of mind or spirit every moment.

Learning compassion for ourselves

Have I learned compassion for myself? I asked myself today. In the midst of unsettled works, I lost a sense of myself today. Supposed to be enjoying our little getaway from work with Bird. But it seems I'm still tied up with random incoming changes of work and still find myself working out of office, answering calls from boss, amending works and sending emails. It seems I have a hard time to call work off or to allow myself a "Me" time. Unfortunately, I turned a little edgy on Bird and felt really bad to in some ways jeopardize what could have been a great mood of Bird. I know Bird would understand. But I just felt some reflections gotta be done here.

Guess like what Bird says if every not-so-good occurrence could be seen as a comedy, we would feel better and able to calm ourselves down better. I think for every occurrence, maybe there is no bad or good in it, it's all perspectives again and if we could see it as lessons learn, then perhaps we can transform that negative energy to a positive one. We all have flaws in our perfection and that make us unique. Life is a constant exploration and learning. So here's something I guess we gotta learn:

1. To be kinder to ourselves
2. To let be. Take things with a lighter heart.
3. We can't satisfy everyone, so knowing when to say "no" is sometimes important.

"Being responsible is good. Being compassion to ourselves is the first step to bring more good to everything we do, everyone we meet." - bee

Since young, I been "trained" to be responsible. Being responsible is good. But guess I have to learn how to take "being responsible" lightly and not being over critical with myself and others.
And to Bird..thank you for bearing with me at times like this.

Random moments of reflections

Bee is feeling under the weather and asked for a hug from Bird. And amazingly, Bird sent these amazing hugs from a far. But it's good enough to make Bee feel cozy and warm. Images speak a thousand words indeed.

Can't get to sleep, woke up to color this that I drew some time ago. Birds on the clouds just as the sun rises. I love watching sunrise with Bird. Would never forget that first moment of sun rise we watched and felt on the hill. I miss the sun. I miss you.
