Lovely little moment

Saw this from Sofawn and I simply adore it. 

How many times have I dreamt of sitting by a tranquil lake in the embrace of nature with birds singing and my feet in the cool water as I stir alittle ripples and admire the reflection of the surrounding on the face of the clear water:) This is simply so lovely!!!

Meet up with black bear with bird! Oh the tiniest in size! I'm the bee hehehe:) had a good dinner of pizza in a quiet place! It's nice time catching up. N most of all black bear is like a mama outside of home. She gave advises, shared her views, lead us to look at grown up things to do! She is definitely happy for bird n bee union:) I love black bear's straightforwardness, bold action to reach objective, motherly welfare for people, practicality and some sense of humor if u catch it and mostly I do! So I'm good with black bear! Im glad she now appreciates the beauty of the blue sky and the elegance of the birds. Because as a bee, this opens so much window to share with her daily gem I found in nature:) just like these photos I attached here. They were taken just near her apartment as I waited for Bird to navigate his way to bear's home. So I was the bee in a sunflower dress roaming by the side of the road, circling a huge tree, snapping pictures of the leaves & trunks in the sunset. Lovely:)

Well well before I have proper time to write anything and recount my lovely new year day and some other inspirations.. (I have been finding so hard to catch up with updating lovely things here..isnt it ironic? everyday is work) I just want to thank my lovely Bird for being so understanding while hearing my complaints on work, seeing my tired face..and waited for me to knock off to keep me accompany.. (these really are little things that keep me going when I'm trapped between works and cant find the joy in it) Just listen to a sound recorded by Bird as he wandered into the forest after work today.. *without me* because I'm trap in the stuffy, stressful meeting room!!!

The sound is beautiful!!! Birds chirping! corresponding to each other forming such wonderful synchronized vibration through the sound of the breeze.. It really lift me up out of all the sunken mood. Suddenly, I remember the little joy in those little moments.. and of course I crave for nature..and looking forward to go back to it with Bird!

Love this open field. Love living in an area where I can witness the beauty of blue sky and green field. To me, that is really an energy booster!

 Sunset we snapped through the bus window!!! it's really pretty! and most of all I so in love with how both Bird and Bee can hold a camera together in each other embrace to snap a beautiful scene like this!

This is beautiful!! and strangely..it kind of feels like or looks like how I'm "gliding" in the dream I mentioned in previous post! I never thought I could actually at least share a glimpse of my dream via such an outlet.

Feeling that synchronicity from the mountain surfing video..reminds me of another thing that I have found last night while trying to find a word for a site that I'm working on..
I googled on "soul observatory" and somehow I was led to this above flickr page which link to this picture of aurora..the northern lights.
Amazed. Amused. And somehow still curious...
I would like to fly.
I would love to lying in a wide field looking up into the lights...

Finally went for a walk at Henderson Wave and up Mt Faber! I love taking walk in the nature.. it's simply the kind of activity that takes my mind off and charge me up. Of course with great accompany from Bird! Makes the walk even more interesting!
Here are some reasons why:
1. We take pictures almost every moment on our way up

2. Get to lay on the grass, looking up the sky!

3. Walk into some "portal"surrounded by greenery

4. Stand side by side, watching the leaves rustle in the breeze.

5. Sweat out all the weariness from work..feeling fresh.

6. Took alternative route up and down and up! Thanks to Bird's randomness, breaks my habit of knowing and following the way I have in mind. It's much more exciting in a way.

7. Appreciating each other's accompany along the way. ( These tiny joy makes one great happiness)

8. Posing and camera time! at the henderson waves! Fun!!

9. Stroll down the hill hand in hand. 

10. Dinner with beers and sausages!

11. And a gift from Bird! A necklace with a wooden rocking horse! wooo!! it's probably one of those girly things that I would always look at but just can't bear to get for myself!

Thank you Bird!!!

oh and 

12. It's a luxury to have some little time to post something here!!! Have been so busy that this time of filling in the journal here feels great!!!

I have read a couples of books about Starbucks:

1. Pour your heart into it

This was recommended by my boss/ mentor/ friend... and inspired me 

so much so to want to bring a brand alive. 

2. The Starbucks Experience

Where I highlighted and studied as I try to draw out a template to customize the company with love.

And I present my piece to my dear bosses at a Starbucks overlooking the river, now the Marina Bay Sands. I must say I was naive but has its goodness. I miss that passionate naive moment! That moment full of belief and guts and love! 

3. How Starbucks save my life

This touches my heart and teach me to view life and challenges in a different perspective. And of course, inspires me further to pull it through to my dear bosses to strike a chord with our "partners", to love and share.

4. Onwards 

And this well.. may just come in time to revive my passion and give me that gutsy armor to strive for my belief and dream. I need it now especially. And most of all, I need my bosses to see beyond products and profits but instead look into love and sharing.
